Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
This guide is an introductory list to help locate research materials at the Rowland Medical Library. PCR is an enzymatic DNA technique which allows multiple rounds of amplification of a minimal amount of DNA to produce sufficient quantities of sample. This technique is widely used in biology, biotechnology, gene cloning, genetics, microbiology and medical sciences.
