This guide is an introductory list to help locate research materials at the Rowland Medical Library.  Learning to navigate an academic career pathway is a complex process. New faculty need guidance on the tenure track process.  All faculty need pointers on teaching skills, curriculum development, collaboration, research, mentoring, community service, evaluation, writing and publication .
